Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Packages that are expedited or $200 & up will require a signature unless informed otherwise. We offer the following shipping services below to include domestic and international shipping. To calculate total shipping times: add 1-2 business days processing with your chosen shipping method from the day your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, UPS packages do not deliver on weekends).

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your credit card data as processing may be delayed.

2-7 day delivery. UPS ground service with complete tracking information. Ground service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Transit times vary depending on your UPS shipping zone.

UPS 3 Day Select
3 day delivery. UPS ground service with complete tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. UPS provides in transit scan updates and scheduled delivery date information.

UPS 2 Day Air
2 day delivery. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. To calculate delivery time, add 1-2 days processing time and 2 days transit time from the day the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. UPS provides in transit scan updates and scheduled delivery date information.

UPS Next Day Air
1 business day delivery. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. UPS provides in transit scan updates and scheduled delivery date information.

International Shipping Options

Damaged or Missing Items

If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package.

Wrong Merchandise
If at any chance you received an item that is completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

Charges on My Card
In the case that your card appears to be charged twice, it is actually called a pre-authorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card vs. a credit card. This method checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. When the order is placed, our credit card processor authorizes the amount and later captures it when your order is proccessed and sent out for shipping. If for any other reason you believe this is a mistake on the processing end, please do not hesitate to call our customer care center. All Sale Items Are Final
Refunds are not available for sale items. All items indicated as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.

To Checkout:

2. Verify the items in your cart are correct. Be sure so check size, quantity, and color.
3. Select your shipping method.
4. Enter applicable coupon codes at this point.
5. Click on "proceed to checkout" and complete remaining account and payment information
