Refund policy

Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. Any returns or claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt. Unfortunately exchanges are not available.

Pack the products securely in their original condition, with all plastic poly bags intact. Place items in a sturdy box and send to address provided using any shipping carrier of your choosing.

Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number along with your name and email address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and for orders qualifying for free shipping, actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
